Standish is an Imperial stout that will warm you from the first crisp nights of autumn through the most frigid days of winter. Brewed with loads of darker malts, the complex profile is dominated by chocolate, roasted flavors, dark fruit, and slight alcohol. An assertive hop profile balances out these sweet malts without being overly bitter. Because of the higher alcohol content of this style, we conditioned Standish for several months to allow any hot alcohol flavors to mellow. Extended aging will continue to smooth and round out these flavors for years to come. This beer is available on draft and in 4 packs.
