This flavorful Porter starts out with a classic British Hop & Malt bill, but finishes with a kick. Local chef Tony Mon has provided 10 lbs. of coffee beans per batch sourced from his families coffee plantation located on Blue Mountain in Jamaica. The coffee provides an outstanding accompaniment to the slight sweetness of the chocolate roasted malt that lies at the core of the porter's malt bill.
