Usually called Draught; sometimes called Cold or Extra Cold - same beer, but served colder. Available in cans, kegs and bottles with nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Pasteurised.
Launched in 1961. Ingredients: Pale ale malt, about 25 to 30% flaked barley, and about 10% roasted barley, with no other grains or sugars; several hop varieties, mainly Goldings (pellets and isomerized extract); a flocculent head-forming ale yeast.

Spending the afternoon in the only Irish pub in Bath. A classic stout-has a malty sweetness and a hoppy bitterness, with notes of coffee and chocolate. Has a pleasant roasted flavour which complements the malty finish.

Une apparence bien sombre et une couche de mousse crémeuse et epaisse, servis parfaitement. Au nez c'est gourmand, l'arôme de café est là et est assez doux. En bouche c'est crémeux et doux, l'arôme est bien torréfié et c'est très agréable. Une bonne guisness c'est toujours sympa.
