Our strong wheat beer is a special offering… One that's hard to find in this country. Big Bad Wolf™ is based on the world-class weizenbock bier, Aventinus, from Schneider & Sohn in Germany. Our Brewmaster, Tony, was lucky to sample it nearly every night during German Brewing School. Our Big Bad Wolf™ has a complex malt aromas with dark, rich fruit flavors of plums, prunes, and raisins.  7.5% alcohol by volume.
