Imperial Black IPA – One of the most extreme, and yet deceptively quaffable IPAs we've ever crafted. As such, we call it Double Black and it's not for the faint of heart. It's got an amazing balance of black malts and hops with an intense depth of character of rich malts, but not too heavy. First featured during the Opening Reception at the Big Beer Festival in Vail in January 2012 and paired with a spicy pork empanadas.
