An intense, lingering, ruby-black porter with aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. Silky smooth and very easy-going, it has a smoky, gently bittersweet finish. Good with meats and strong cheeses.

Very malty heading towards liquorice. Could see this one as a couple of pinter on a cold winter's night on the way home. Gets my vote but only in moderation
