A French-style farmhouse lager, Sentimental Johnny is a big, fruity, smooth malt-bomb. Malt tones hint at dark fruit and chocolate. This beer was bottled once, as a collaboration with Molly's Spirits. The bottled version was aged in a first used bourbon barrel with peaches, and bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces.
