Schwarzbier means Black Beer in German. Medium bodied dark beer with dark ruby highlights. Despite it's dark color it comes across soft and elegant with a rich and surprising balance. Often referred to as Black Pilsner. Hop bitterness is gentle and subdued. Mild bittersweet notes of chocolate and roasted grains with a malty middle.
