Hoppy Autumn is a hybrid of sorts, too hoppy to be called a brown ale and too light to be called a Black IPA. This beer has a toasty and bready base with a touch of caramel, chocolate and roast from the use of 5 German and American malts. Piled on top are flavors of pine, citrus, tropical fruit and grapefruit from the use of Simcoe, Cascade and Citra hops. Hoppy Autumn has a firm bitterness and dry finish, and will pair well with the changing seasons.
