We sent our brewmaster to Paonia, Colorado to hand pick Nugget and Chinook hops right off the vine. He ended up using 43 pounds of them the next day. Wet hops impart a much different flavor and aroma than traditional dry hops, and since harvest only comes once a year, there's only one batch so drink up while it's here. Fresh Nugz's hop flavor doesn't explode out of the glass, but has fantastic piney, woodsy, herbal and citrus notes. There's nothing quite like some Fresh Nugz.
