Our spring seasonal. In response to a certain Super Bowl ad that wasn't too nice to craft brewers, we brewed a pumpkin peach berliner weisse a few months ago. It was so popular, we decided to bring it back! We've dropped the pumpkin and focused a bit more on the peach. Lactobacillus was allowed to run wild in the wort for 48 hours, leaving a clean tartness, while the peaches counter the tartness with pleasant sweetness. This one was brewed the hard way, so feel free to fuss over and dissect it.
