Cougar Pale Ale is west coast inspired with a touch of English character. We use a method known as "hop bursting" and add all of the hops after the boil during our whirlpool. This gives the beer an extremely soft and pleasant bitterness while maximizing hop flavor and aroma. We also add Maris Otter malt as about 20% of the grist to provide a more toasty and bready malt backbone. Take a Cougar home tonight!
