The only beer style truly "invented" in the US, the California Common. We're calling ours Colorado Immigrant because let's face it, there are a lot of folks from California that live in Colorado now. And why not, it's great out here, right? An under represented style in the craft beer community, a California Common is almost like a light, slightly hoppier version of a bock. You'll notice the hops just a bit more in this than you did in our recent bock, Skiing in Jeans, but you'll get the same malt backbone and clean finish from the lager yeast.
