This Brewer's Challenge was required to include a kid's breakfast cereal. So, given that one parameter, here's what Dustin and Rob came up with: Dustin - The Captains Nut Butter, Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch Porter A porter brewed to resemble eating a bowl of peanut butter cap'n crunch with chocolate milk. Chocolate malts join the cap'n himself in the mash and a touch of lactose in the boil lends a slight sweetness. Served on nitro to accentuate the sweetness of the butter. This porter is best enjoyed in your pajamas.
