This American IPA was single hopped with Columbus hops all the way through.  A true showcase of the that hop.  We can use all of the common terms people like to use when describing hops that make them sound like something a unicorn dropped off at our doorstep and we put in the beer, floral, piney, citrussy, tropical and passion fruit, blah blah blah.  Really, just come in and try it out for yourself.  It's surprisingly smooth for an American IPA.
