Named after the town in which Rooster Cogburn lived, Fort Smith is an American Pale Ale brewed using a blend of four hops from the USA (Amarillo, Chinook, Citra and Crystal) to create tropical and passion fruit aromas and a lasting, bitter finish.

I like this a lot, fruity with a pleasant bitterness to the finish... creeps up on you.

Well rounded fruity IPA with a bitter aftertaste. Probably could not drink too many of these but I know it’s going to grow on me. Jilly says it tastes like ear wax! I can assure you it doesn’t and how on earth does she know what ear wax tasters like. Who knows what she got up to in a previous life!
