Wheat beers classically go well with spicy foods, so we took out the middle-man and finished this brew with fresh jalapeños. The full body of this light colored beer carries the bright flavors of the chiles perfectly, for a lingering spice that lets you know it's there, but is complimented by a creamy oatmeal body in the finish.
