Brewed with our legendary Burton water. Palate of biscuit malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness. Now with added personality.

A classic English bitter with a palate of biscuity malt, spicy hops and light fruitiness.

Grabbed a quick meal down the local this evening and they had this on draught; a drinkable bitter with a biscuity malty flavour that provides a spicy and herbal hop character. A lovely golden copper colour, it has light fruity notes and a smooth and balanced finish that is not overly bitter or sweet.

Cheers to big George Peard. But I would say it lacks in flavour but would suit a session.

Pedigree pint, so smooth, so fine,
Malty and hoppy, a proper design.
Raise up your glass, let the good times prevail,
Nothing’s more classic than Pedigree Ale!

Some time since I had this last & thought there was something different, seems it's not bottle conditioned anymore thus lacking it's character salty yeastiness but still a good, malty, fruity & hoppy ale

Here’s to the pint that’s hearty and bold,
Amber and smooth, like liquid gold.
It’s brewed with care, no room for fail
So raise your glass to Pedigree Ale!
May your jokes be strong, your worries pale,
And your nights well spent with Pedigree Ale!
