The aged blonde, on tap now, is called "Cougar." Our first sour ale.  This Season's Blonde aged in French Oak barrels with a proprietary sour yeast blend and organic Colorado peaches from Okagawa Farms in Grand Junction, Colorado.  This beer is slightly sour complimented with sweet peach and citrus flavors.
