Brewed in collaboration with Freewill and McKenzie's for Craft Brewer's Conference 2016 in Philly, Fresh Palisade Colorado Apple 'Pomace' Tailings, Grains of Paradise, Dark Candy Sugar, Free-Rise Fermentation with a Proprietary Yeast Blend, Aged for long periods on Chardonnay barrels, Pair with Foie Gras, Thin Fried Zucchini Chips, or Washed Rind Cheeses.
