👁 dunkelbraun; feinporiger Schaum 👃🏻 dunkle Malze, Trockenobst, dunkle Beeren 👄 Die beerigen Noten sind auch geschmacklich prägend und passen sowohl zur fruchtigen Süße im Antrunk, als auch zur feinen Säure im Schlussteil. Immer wieder klingt auch der Alkohol vorsichtig an, bleibt aber gesittet, sodass das Classic fernab von sprittig unterwegs ist. Gut, aber dafür muss ich in der passenden Stimmung sein.
