This 1st Place Winner (California State Fair 2000) is considered a hybrid with a generous use of pale malt. It is brewed in an old fashion top-fermenting man-ner using Kolsch yeast, thus modeled after the German leitches. Our Blonde is slightly heavi-er in body than the German version with addition of Orange Blossom Honey.
