A bronze coloured best bitter. A combination of roasted malts and rich, aromatic hops provide a well rounded flavour and a distinctive hoppy bitterness.

My team just lost 7-1 so have attacked my garage to find beer. Loads of Stella & fruity ciders and then I found this. Was a gift from a customer. Not my usual choice, a session beer at 3.8% but will drink this before Stella any day. Nice bronze coloured ale, not the tastiest but won’t last long, very quaffable.

A very palatable bitter. Very easy drinking with a surprisingly malty taste given it's so light and refreshing. A really well balanced session beer, clean, crisp and full of flavour.

Pretty decent bitter. Easy drinking, malty and dark. From the licensed bar at Bowood Country Heritage show.

A heavy but smooth bitter. Dark bronze in colour. Not a lot of depth to the malty taste.

Not a favourite but perfectly acceptable. Seemed just too flat, slightly lacking in flavour and just a bit on the dull side. I wonder if this ones better from the barrel than the bottle?
