Our Oktoberfest beer is a dark wheat ale, layered with spice and fruit flavor derived wholly from the yeast. A large portion of toasted barley from Munich provides a malt backbone, while chocolate wheat adds a hint of chocolate aroma and flavor. You may also notice clove and / or peppercorn like spice in the nose with toasted banana notes on the pallet.
