A hop forward beer, Long Tom IPA uniquely combines flavor and aroma hops sourced from New Zealand.  The Long Tom method was used to sift larger amounts of mineral than traditional panning allowed, producing greater results.  The same innovative spirit was used to create this one of a kind hopped up brew.
