Proving two is better than one, this cross between a German Pilsner and an American Ale has a nice blend of maltiness and bitterness with spicy, earthy, and herbal qualities to boot.  A bootjack was used for more leverage to remove boots and freed a gold miner's hands for work on more important tasks; like sipping on a pint of his new favorite beer!
