A customer gave me this bottle as a tip last week, I put it in the fridge (it’s 28’ out there!), and was pleased to find it when I got home tonight. Tasting notes suggest berries & caramel but I can’t find those, for me very much like malted milk biscuits (or moo cow biscuits as my kids call them). Not from a huge brewery I have to say I would happily purchase this myself. Decent 5.5# Ruby Bitter.

Beer #7 Advent 2021 Ooooo looks like they’ve changed the name of this brew since it was first added to this site. It’s now called Moonstruck? When I first poured this one I had little hope, it appeared flat with no head and murky as hell. However on this occasion my eyes and tastebuds have decided to disagree. This is quite a pleasant brew, coffee, caramel and liquorice combine to provide a really nice flavour. Another brewery local to me producing a decent beer.
