Dancing Bier
4.5% Pilsner
Munich and Golden Promise malts create the pale colour and classic backbone, while a concoction of Germany's finest Magnum, Saphir Whole Leaf and Hallertau hops deliver a refined bitterness and characteristic herbal hit. True to style we used soft water, a bottom fermenting yeast strain and extended cold maturation to deliver the style's distinctive subtle depth. A lightness of body and spritz carbonation will make the beer dance on your palate while a big whack of aromatic dry-hopping gives this Bavarian bear it's claws.

Trying the Mestiza beer which I think our hostel was sponsored by. Last night in Medellin and we’re having a cheap one. Glad I got to try this one before I left as pint pls says I can only get it here. Is a stronger beer than the others I’ve had here. Gets nicer as you drink it
