This Beer was specially made for The Lupus Foundation of Southern California and their "Beer to the Rescue" fundraising campaign. Monkey Paw offers a contemporary and phenomenal take on a historic style by dry hopping with Azacca and Nelson Sauvin hops along with adding fresh rhubarb that lends to a very dry and refreshing finish while retaining the same fruity and floral aroma found in a traditional saison. Notes of grapefruit in the flavor round out this wonderfully crushable beer.
