The California Saison is a noticeably California twist on a the classic Belgian Saison style.  Locally sourced lemon peel and Lemon Verbena from Scarborough Farms in Oxnard, California, combined with the liberal Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hopping  give this beer subtle, but complex citrus notes followed by a dry, refreshing finish.
