Bittering and flavor hops: Santiam and Centennial. Dry hops: Santiam and Amarillo. Brewed with unmalted wheat and oats, coriander, lemongrass and a Belgian yeast. This dry, balanced beer has a complex flavor of floral and fruity hops, spices, wheat and esters.
