We've taken the base beer of Hello, LA and started a single hopped IPA series to explore how individual hops express themselves all alone. For this round we chose the super citrusy El Dorado hop. The base beer is a bright, pungent IPA that on one hand has punchy hops but still retains good drinkability. This IPA finishes dry with not too much body or malt to get in the way of the hops. Lots of lemony, fruit loop like flavors from El Dorado. Really Fun! Drink up!
