A good friend of ours (Justin Rice from the KnowHowShop) has an uncle they call Uncle Rad. We figured everyone should have an Uncle Rad in their life so we brewed a 100% Nelson hopped pale ale and named it after him. Pushing toward the hoppier, stronger end of pale ales Uncle Rad is more hop assertive with passionfruit, weed, and grapefruit notes throughout. Salud!
