This golden colored beer is made with Orange Blossom Honey which means only bees that pollenate Orange Blossoms can provide the honey. We use about 15% honey and 85% grains so the beer is NOT sweet yet the honey aroma and flavor comes through with a slight citrus finish. This is an extremely approachable beer.
