Few brewers will take a wheat beer to the level of a wheat wine, but we did. Strawberry puree added toward the end of fermentation provides natural strawberry flavor and aroma, without adding additional sweetness. The 9.8% alcohol by volume is well hidden making for an incredibly drinkable fruit wheat wine.
