In Galician mythology, Nuberu is the divinity of storms. He amuses himself by triggering gales at will. He must have taken great pleasure in watching us try to stay dry as we cycled through the Galician countryside.
Nuberu Pale Ale was crafted with 92% California malt. It evokes the lush, wet, fresh mountains of Northern Spain, and the citrus groves of San Jose's early days, when Spanish settlers planted the orchards that made the region famous. It has a floral, spicy hop character, with hints of orange peel. It is an easy sipper, with a dry finish.
