Brewed with pale ale, amber, crystal, dark crystal, rye ale malts and hopped with Centennial, Eldorado and Amarillo hops which give the beer citrus, orange blossom and watermelon notes. To add a little touch of Brazil, we added some Brazilian pink peppercorns to the brew to add a slight peppery juniper-berry note. Brewed in the UK in collaboration with Adnams Brewery exclusively for JDW.
