So it's really hazy and rather quite carbonated, giving a decent frothy head. It smells as an IPA should, fruity and hoppy. And then the taste. I've never tasted juniper berries, but the brewery states that this beer had been beaten with them. It's sweet and bitter, cheek pullingly sour. I can only liken it to cranberry juice and I rather like it. With enough hop to remind you it's a beer, I think To Øl have impressed me again.
