A classic French Farmhouse Beer similar to a Saison but brewed with lager yeast at elevated temperatures. This technique brings out malt accents and subtle spice with a crisp, clean dryness. Brewed in collaboration with 2014 WBC Gold Medal winner Paul Rutherford of Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant in Philadelphia, PA
