Napoleon called this German wheat beer 'the Champagne of the North.' Our Berliner Weisse is traditional to style and comes in at just 2.8% ABV meaning it is built for longevity. The addition of Lactic Acid gives a tart punch to the easy drinking wheat based malt bill. In the Tasting Room we occasionally add raspberry, peach, or traditional Woodruff syrups to the Beach Cruiser for a refreshing change of pace that appeals to beer geeks and the occasional anti-beer drinker.
