Adonis is an American style wheat beer infused with locally grown fresh strawberries. In Greek mythology the strawberry came into existence when the goddess of love, Aphrodite, wept for the beautiful mortal man named Adonis upon his deathbed. It is said that her tears then fell to earth and formed "little red hearts" that we now know as strawberries. This brew pours a light golden color with a thick white head, and is accompanied by a seductive strawberry aroma that intermingles with a crisp wheat character.
