A golden ale inspired by the mythical Spanish city of gold. Crisp, clean, easy to drink brew with a touch of wheat malt character and balanced hop bitterness. Very close to a true Kolsch style. Slight grapefruit hop character from Cascade hops. Light and refreshing.
