Canned on 10.3.2021 Temperature: +9,5 C A golden beer with good clarity. The head is a soft and airy-looking layer that stands proudly for a long time. Messy lace patterns: 4,25/5 The nose starts with fresh citrus then quickly turns into a "berry bush" before pleasant notes of mango and peach steps forward. Good single-hop IPA, but not the most intense one: 4,25/5 Medium body with a solid, well-balanced bitterness. Medium carbonation. Proper West Coast vibes: 4,25/5 The taste is similar to the scent, but some mild malty flavors have emerged. The Mosaics unique (blue)berry aroma supported with a citrusy and tropical twist is well presented. The after is medium-dry with some bitterness to it: 12,5/15 Overall well-executed India Pale Ale. Mosaic is a good hop for a single Hopped IPA and in this beer, it's well established itself. Not a mind-blowing beer in anyways though: 16/20 =41,25/50

BEER: Mai Tai P.A. BREWERY: Alvarado Street Brewery BEER STYLE: IPA COUNTRY: USA ABV.: 6.5% COLOUR (EBC): Straw Yellow (9.0) BITTERS (EBU/IBU): 45.0 AROMA: Dank. Ripe fruity and piney stuff. HEAD: Two finger high, creamy and overall really beautiful. GREY’S VIEW Mosaic hopped IPA. Well rounded unit infront. Carbonation is soft and pleasantly easy & creamy. Mosaic does what it can; being dank, piney, pine coney and there’s also butter in this one. Easy to enjoy and doesn’t really make any difference around anything. OTHER NOTES: Single hop IPA. Nicely done and worked piece around Mosaic. Simple and easy. Doesn’t really offer anything to me, but I can easily see someone likin’ this alot. CANNED 10/3/2021 TASTED 1/4/2021

Oon jopa aika ylpeä itsestäni. Uusintamaisto viime kevään MBCC extravaganzasta jolloin osasin antaa tälle täysin oikeat pisteet. Lääpikkuultava olut ilman vaahtoa. Tuoksu trooppisen makea, mangoa, ananasta ehkä jopa vähän kiiviä ja kookosta. Runko hieman vetelä, melko makea mutta kuitenkin mukua on riittämiin. Melko makea, jopa hieman överi. Klassinen kesäjuoma mikä sopis johonki palmun alle, ei keskellä yötä Haagaan yhdessä lihapullien ja 8 mile elokuvan kanssa. Tää oli vähän vahinkouusinta, mut ei haittaa.

Tuoksussa reilusti eksoottisempia hedelmiä: persikkaa, ananasta, aprikoosia, passionhedelmää ja myös sitä Mosaicille tuttua herukkaa. Makukin on runsaan hedelmäinen: persikkaa, ananasta, mandariiniä, passionhedelmää ja herukanlehteä. Juotavuus tässäkin aika helppo. Peräkärryä ei pahemmin ole kuormattu mikä on sääli: kunnon poskien kiristys loppuun olisi tehnyt tästä loistavan oluen. Nyt jää hiukan jotain uupumaan...
