This leaner bodied ipa is golden in color with pleasant floral and honey notes on the nose. Some earthiness is evident on the palate finishing with little residual bitterness.

This one has a nice crisp bitterness. It's artisanal, and keeps a rough edge nevertheless. A slight cocoa aroma on the tongue.

Robe trouble orangée, mousse blanche fine et persistante.
Sent le pamplemousse a plein nez.
Ronde, très amer, un côté orange amer sucré, pamplemousse.
Agrumée et sucrée... Plutôt complexe en fait. À tester 😉
