The Patsy® is Barley Forge's coconut rye stout. Brewed with US 2-row malt, flaked rye, chocolate rye, and various English specialty malts, this mediumbodied beer features a rye spiciness balanced with dark chocolate and espresso, as well as copious amounts of toasted coconut. This beer pairs well with pulled pork, braised brisket, gorgonzola cheese and chocolate desserts.
