A 12 percent brew with 12 pounds of hops, 12 ingredients, spending 12 months in wood barrels. Once fermented, half is racked into whiskey and brandy barrels where it's allowed to age for a full year. The remaining brew is then macerated with tart and sweet cherries, which accentuate the rich fruit flavors of the wood and the aromatics of the malts.
