A Saison made in collaboration with Not For Sale, a nonprofit that works against human trafficking worldwide. We used a Peruvian herb called Cat's Claw, combined with honey, ginger and Hibiscus flowers, and a Belgian Saison yeast that adds a spicy kick to the finish.
