We brewed this stout with the intent of putting it on nitrogen for a smooth, creamy, lower alcohol beer. The roasted specialty malts and flaked rye oats contribute to a beer that has a mellow roasted essence with a hint of chocolate – light on the tongue yet full of flavor.
