Beartown’s 5% amber bitter, a delicious smooth drinking bitter, with a sweet biscuity finish.

Cracking drink. Decent malty aroma. Nice taste with a nice malty aftertaste, reminds me of malted milk biscuits for those who remember them. Most definitely a good session drink

For a 5% it's lacking in body. Not sure if it's first pint scenario so I may have to consider getting a second.
It tastes slightly malty but lacking in bitterness for a so called special bitter.
An edit may follow after the next one.

It pours brown with white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is malty with a hint of spice. Initially quite sweet then with a bitter finish.

Traditional bitter, on the sweet side but enjoyable nonetheless. Beartown brew some good beers and this, in my opinion, is no exception.

A nice steady better with poppy on the tones in a malty aftertaste
