The Madam is a dangerously deceptive, high gravity ale that features the drinkability of a light beer. The beer is medium bodied, yet crisp and light on the mouthfeel. Our Belgian Golden Strong has a sweet aroma, but there is relatively little sweetness in the taste. A rather a complex set of spicy hops can be detected in this dry finishing ale.
